That's right -- start now to stay fit over 50, 60, 70 and strive to go on from there. The incredible ladies of the Ms. Texas Senior America Pageant are doing just that. They are wonderful examples of what aging gracefully looks like. So excited to be competing right along side these lovely ladies on August 11, 2018 at the DoubleTree Hotel Dallas at 1:00 p.m. The winner will go on to represent Texas in the Ms. Senior America Pageant. Come for a surprise from me -- I'll be performing the fitness routine that started my fitness career over ten years ago.
